Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. In short
We collect only what the service needs to work: your account, the materials you upload and the videos you make. We don't sell your data and don't use your photos to train our own models.
2. What we process
Account: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), language and settings.
Materials: product photos and descriptions you upload, scripts, processed photos, voice-overs, music and finished videos.
Payments: the history of star top-ups and charges. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
Waiting list: your email address, if you left it while sign-up was closed.
Technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs, cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language.
3. Why
To let you sign in and make videos; to send service emails — confirmation codes, password resets, the sign-up-is-open notice; to answer support requests; to protect the service from abuse and keep track of stars.
We send marketing emails only to people who explicitly agreed to them; you can unsubscribe via the link in any such email or in your profile.
Legal bases: performing our agreement with you (account, videos, service emails, support), your consent (marketing emails) and our legitimate interest in protecting the service and keeping track of stars.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use only necessary cookies: your sign-in session and chosen language. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data.
5. Who we share data with
Only those the service can't work without, and only as much as needed:
• AI model providers — via OpenRouter (Anthropic Claude models and models for video, voice and music) and CometAPI (Google Gemini image models): the photos and texts of a particular project, to fulfil the request;
• Cloudflare — delivering the site, protecting it from attacks and the “not a robot” check (Turnstile) at sign-up, password reset and repeated sign-in attempts, forwarding support email;
• smtp.bz — sending email;
• the hosting provider whose servers run the service and store files;
• the payment provider — to take payments.
These providers may be located in different countries. We choose them so that data stays protected and share no more than a task needs. Data may also be disclosed when lawfully required by public authorities.
6. How long we keep data
Your account, projects and videos — for as long as the account exists. When an account is deleted, its projects and files are deleted; backups are kept for a limited time and then overwritten. Server logs are kept briefly, for security and troubleshooting.
7. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, delete your account with all its data and withdraw consent to marketing emails.
Most of this you can do yourself in your profile: change your name and email, download a file with all your data, turn off marketing emails, delete your account. For anything else, write to [email protected] from the address linked to your account — we reply within a month. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Security
Connections to the site are encrypted, passwords are stored only as hashes and server access is restricted. No service can guarantee complete protection, but we do everything reasonably possible.
9. Children
The service is not intended for people under 16; we don't knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page; we will tell you about significant changes in advance.
11. Contact
Questions about your data and requests: [email protected].
